How It Works

My philosophy is that no two Clients are the same. Each Client faces challenges that show up in different ways in their personal and work lives. Thus, each Client requires a custom designed plan. Change is hard work and takes time. Thus, I have found that most engagements last about 6 months with a meeting cadence of every other week.. I encourage email and text between sessions.

Together, we will design a game plan based on the following 3 steps:

Awareness

Coach to understand Client history and context. Client to develop awareness of behaviors, motivations and blind spots.

Action

Client to expand their interpretation of their situation and practice new behaviors/ skills. Small changes lead to big results.

Accountability

Coach to provide support to sustain momentum. End goal is for Client to be self-correcting and self-generating.
