My Why
I believe that when leaders are supported, connected and engaged, they will do their best work and inspire others to do the same. Only then, will all the needed work in the world get done.
Similar to roles in our personal lives, e.g. a parent, which require learning new ways of being, so to do roles at work. With enough awareness and commitment to adopting new behaviors, we all have the capacity to evolve and increase our effectiveness in our professional role(s).
