Coaching Arrangement
Through an inside-out, relationship focused approach, I help senior leaders move from overwhelmed to empowered and to more skillfully accomplish more up, down and across the organization.
The process starts with an initial intake, during which we get to know each other and gain a deeper understanding of the situation. Often, a 360 and/or additional assessments prove useful.
From there, we co-create a development plan with concrete outcomes. During subsequent sessions, we focus on what is present and important to you at the time, while also holding you accountable to your development plan.
We meet a couple times a month (the most common cadence is every other week). I am available via text, email and short phone calls. My goal is to be a supportive partner for the duration of our engagement – not just by session.

Deepening self-awareness - Understanding the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, which are ultimately impacting your results
Mastering your ‘inner game’ - Managing limiting beliefs, facing difficult emotions, embracing wholeness, building resilience, and ultimately shifting into an empowered mindset
Developing next-level interpersonal skills - Deepening relationships, collaborating with openness and curiosity, giving and receiving feedback, influencing and creating win for all solutions
